A driver at
your disposal.
Not a ride —
a block of time.
miRydo holds a vetted chauffeur and his car for you — three hours, six, or a full twelve-hour service day, up to seven days back to back. Fuel, unlimited kilometres and waiting time are already in the price.
Extra hour 400 EGP
All-inclusive: fuel, unlimited kilometres, waiting time. Beyond one service day, your stay goes to a reverse auction where drivers bid for it.
Between a ride and a hire.
A ride-hailing app sells you a distance. A full-time driver costs you a salary, a contract and a parking space. miRydo sells the thing you actually needed: a car and a professional, held for a defined stretch of the day.

- You do.
What a service day covers.
One unit of product: the service day — twelve hours, starting at any hour you like, no night surcharge. Everything below is built on it.
Met at the gate, not at the kerb clock
Flight number and landing time are required, so pickup is pre-set at landing + 45 minutes and you adjust it anywhere from +30 minutes to +3 hours. Correct it as often as your flight moves.
Up to 3 h of delay absorbed · 400 m arrival radiusTwelve hours, your hours
Start at 06:00 or at 15:00 — the rate is the same and there is no limit on when the day ends. Cairo runs late; the product was built for that.
12 h · any start · no night surchargeThe driver stays yours overnight
Up to seven service days — 84 billed hours — with the driver blocked continuously, nights included. You declare each day’s start time the evening before, until 8 pm.
7 days max · declared by 20:00 the day beforeThree hours is the floor
School runs, a morning of viewings, a hospital appointment with a wait in the middle. Short blocks where a taxi would have to be re-hailed four times.
3 h and 6 h tiers · same inclusionsAlexandria, Ain Sokhna, the Red Sea
Outside the Greater Cairo belt the trip goes to auction instead of the fixed grid, so the price reflects the real distance. Driver lodging on longer trips is the client’s charge, shown before you confirm.
Reverse auction · out-of-zone billed per kmVisitors, executives, employee shuttles
Recurring blocks for the people your company moves — a delegation for a week, a director for the quarter, a night shift home. One account, one statement.
Invoicing · per-booking cost centreSeven classes. One published grid.
Prices in Egyptian pounds, all taxes in. What you see is what is charged — there is no meter running underneath, and no kilometre cap waiting to surprise you at the end of the day.
| Class | 3 hours | 6 hours | 12 h · service day | Extra hour |

Included in every block
- Fuel, for whatever the day turns out to be
- Unlimited kilometres inside Greater Cairo — no 120 km ceiling
- Waiting time, all of it, including the two hours a no-show is given
- The driver held continuously across a multi-day stay, nights included
Billed on top, shown before you accept
- Hours beyond your block, at the class rate, rounded up to the hour
- Kilometres outside the Greater Cairo belt, counted out and back
- Tolls and parking, from the app’s own record
- Driver lodging on out-of-town stays, accepted explicitly at booking
Nothing here runs on trust.
You are handing someone twelve hours, your family in the back seat and your address. Every one of those is answered by a check that leaves a record — not by a five-star average.
Who is allowed to drive
- Identity document, front and back, cross-checked against date of birth — under 18 is rejected outright, for passengers as well as drivers.
- Driving licence uploaded and read by a person, not a pattern matcher.
- Criminal record report required in the driver file before a single booking can reach him.
- Portrait photo on file, and at most three vehicles per driver.
The car is inspected, not declared
- Fourteen photographs minimum — eight exterior angles, both plates, four of the cabin.
- Visible damage sends the car to a physical inspection before it is listed at all.
- We set the class, not the driver. Once approved it is locked, and every later edit to the vehicle record is audited field by field.
- A class with no available car is hidden from you rather than shown and then withdrawn.
While the day is running
- GPS decides when he arrived — 100 m in the city, 400 m at the airport. The button in his app only confirms what the position already shows.
- Share your trip with whoever you choose, for as long as the stay lasts.
- Chat and call inside the app, so neither party ever holds the other’s number.
- Late past the tolerance for your tier and you can slide the day, refuse and be refunded, or cancel outright.
Your documents and your data
- AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, uploads through pre-signed links that expire.
- Position history purged after 90 days, automatically.
- Identity documents deleted 12 months after an account closes.
- Every approval and rejection written to an immutable audit log, with the reason.
Your card is authorised at booking and captured after the service, through Paymob with 3-D Secure. Card details are tokenised by the payment provider — miRydo never stores a card number. Refunds, when they are owed, come out of the driver’s share, not out of your next booking.
Excellence is a filter, then an incentive.
A marketplace cannot order good service. It can decide who gets in, and then make sure the careful driver earns more than the careless one. Both halves are built in.
Every file is read by a person
For the launch cohort there is no automated decision. Documents, licence, record report and the fourteen car photos are reviewed by hand, approved or rejected with a written reason the driver receives.
The class is assigned, then locked
A driver cannot promote his own car from Comfort to Luxury. The validated class is the only one dispatch and bidding will use, and changing the vehicle record afterwards raises an audited correction.
Language ranks, it never excludes
English, French, Arabic, German: the languages you ask for move the right drivers to the top of the list. They never shrink the list to nobody — you always get a car.
85% of the fare, paid the next working day
The highest share on this page goes to the person doing the work — and it lands J+1. That is what makes a career of it rather than a side job.
Payout is held while a problem is open
An unresolved complaint, an unvalidated extra, a reported safety incident or a rating of two stars or less freezes that payout until it is settled. Nothing is quietly written off.
He sees the rest he is getting
Before accepting a stay, a driver is shown how much rest the sequence leaves him. A tired chauffeur is a safety question long before it is a service one.
Three screens, one idea: hours you can see.
The whole interface is organised around the block you bought — where it starts, how much of it is left, and what happens when someone is late. Screens below are MVP mock-ups with static data.
Booking — tiers, not a meter
The day — anchored, not guessed
Next day — declared the evening before
Four rooms, one product.
Cairo already runs on drivers held by the day — through hotel desks, embassy contacts and a cousin with a good car. miRydo puts a verified file, a fixed price and a receipt behind the same habit.
Expatriate residents
Embassies, multinationals and NGOs who need a car and a professional on call without opening a payroll line for one.
Companies
Visiting delegations, client transfers and employee shuttles, booked on one account and invoiced once.
Executives
A working day spent in the back seat between Zamalek, the New Capital and the airport — laptop open the whole way.
Visitors
Arrivals met with a flight number on file, then Giza, Saqqara and the museums at the pace you actually wanted.
Be in the first hundred.
We are opening with a small, hand-reviewed pool of drivers and a limited number of clients, so that every early service day can be looked at one by one. Tell us who you are and we will come back with a launch slot.
